Both applicator brushes really hard to use. Thin one too thin and then sent new thick one which is like a mini eyeshadow brush - so soaks up too much liquid- end up wasting too much expensive product. Won’t be buying from St John Clinic again unfortunately. I’d rather pay more from Opti laboratories where they provide 3 decent, useable applicator brushes.
I've only been using this for a few weeks and I haven't seen any results yet which is disappointing but will continue and hopefully will see some improvement

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This eyelash enhancement product is the only one with effects supported by medical trials. I'm confident that you, like hundreds of my clients will see improvement in length, thickness and darkness once you've used it daily for 4 to 12 weeks It's usual that the effects are then maintained by use two or three times per week thereafter

I’ve tried just all eyelash growth serums and this is the only one that really works for me

Thank you for your review and for your comments which accord with scientific trials on this product compared to others which are merely hair conditioners
I use it myself regularly and have done for many years , keeping my lashes long so that when mascara is applied my eyes really 'pop'!

I have been using this product for just under 2 weeks. There are no major noticeable changes. I won’t be able to have an honest opinion of the results until after 2-3 months use.
