l attended to see Helen for a look at the pigmentation issue that l had with my skin 9 weeks ago thinking that l would have to resort to drastic and expensive treatments to fix it. Possibly laser treatment. Helen prescribed Retin A mixed with Obagi nu derm blender 5 which has transformed my skin in just 9 weeks. l am getting comments from many of my friends as to how much fresher and younger l look. Helen asked me to use the product for 12 weeks in total and l am sure that l will be left with no pigmentation spots at all in 3 weeks time as l am almost totally clear of them already. Helen topped up my botox 2 weeks ago and finished up with a bit of well placed dermal fillers and has literally transformed my face. l still look like me but a fresher and more radiant me. l found Helen to be kind reassuring and excellent at treatment planning my care with academic and amazing clinical skill. l had absolutely no bruising after my botox and fillers on the same day. l will definitely be referring my friends and my own patients to see her.

As per normal you did a great job with the Botox®, always consistent with a great result, however for me personally I think the biggest improvement has been the filler your administered last weekend for my under eye hollows and most significantly the filler placed under my cheekbones to improve the gaunt look which was really getting me down. It has given my face a much fresher look whilst at the same time looking completely natural. I can now look in the mirror without feeling depressed!!

As you know I have been coming to you for years & have always been delighted with treatments. I now feel compelled to write to complain: why, oh why, did you not suggest I have the chin augmentation treatment before now!!…It has not just changed my profile, which I have always hated, to something I can’t stop looking at, but in addition, the looser skin both on my chin & where my neck meets my chin are both hugely improved.
